「Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Parking is secure enough. Security around the property provides peace of mind. The pool looks beautiful and one of the main reasons I picked this accommodation; but unfortunately it was extremely cold. If it was a heated pool, our stay would have been complete. Its close location to harbour town was very convenient. 」

「It's a great place to stay. The bedroom is spacious and clean, and the bed is really comfy. As for the other facilities, it has everything that one expects to find. We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.」

「小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯」

「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

"The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible."
