"Booked a Handicap room for my son. When we checked in, they claimed there was no handicap rooms available. Therefore we were forced to stay in a regular room which made it difficult for my son to used the restroom and could not bath because the tub was too high for him to get in. Also no soaps left in the kitchen or bathroom. Staff no willing to give a discount for the inconvenience."
