"Definitely not a 4 star hotel as Google claims. I’ve stayed at multiple properties on the strip and this was probably one of my least favorite hotels. I was charged $25 since I arrived at 3PM, never been charged anywhere else. Fire alarm also went off during my stay for no reason which was annoying. Only booked this place for a night since it’s in walking distance to the Sphere and decently priced but will never stay again, felt kind of ghetto. You can also only connect two devices to their WiFi which I’ve never seen before. TV was also broken."

"Room was clean and comfortable however the tv was a tad dated. The shower was large, and I enjoyed the kitchenette. They have security that goes up and down the halls."

"As always, nothing lasts forever. This property building is getting old and dirty. Service is needed, but no one is available. The front desk stinks and there's no one to help. They just assume that everyone knows how to use electronic devices, but oh well. The Tuscany still has staff to help the customers and a living brain to think about the customers who have the money—not on the property—who just want to collect without any existing human beings. "

"What breakfast menu? I did not receive the room I paid for and was thrown in a room in the back of the building with double beds and a tv that did not work. Had two days of horrible sewage smell all over the section of hotel they forced me to accept. Spent the last night there with no water and absolutely nothing done to accommodate for it. "
