「This hotel is very dated. The floors and elevator were dirty. Over 500 rooms with ONE working elevator. We stayed on the 6th floor and had to walk the stairs, up and down, to leave the room. The AC barely worked. It ran all night and the room got warmer. It was 74 and felt like 84. We contacted maintenance and got zero resolution. We got very little sleep. I would never stay here again. I would sleep in my car first.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.」

「Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.」

「I had to find a hotel fast when our plane was sent to Louisville. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was above average.」

「House keeping wasn’t good. Stayed 4 nights and they never replaced the cups and coffee packs I used. Also there were no breakfast options without paying. Probably won’t stay there again.」

「A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.」

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」
