"Nice, well kept hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Native Son is a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee and the Rainbird restaurant has excellent food. Ate breakfast and dinner there and both were amazing. "

"This is one of worse hotel I ever booked, actually, they never allowed me to stay there because they overbooked and just canceled my reservation when I got there, they told me that I should just stay in motel 6 instead, no apologies from them for their mistake that allowed overbooked and cancelled customer reservations just houra befor I checked in, they even said since I booked through 3rd party agent like Expedia, so they are not responsible for my cancellation. I travelled all over the world and booked hotel rooms through Expedia for last 15 years, and never have single hotel cancelled my reservation because I booked through Expedia, they did called another local hotel - Holiday inn so I did get to stay the night there, even when I arrived at Holiday inn, the staffs there actually apologized for the inconvenience for the mistake that Hilton did, that just tell me that how unprofessional and rude the staffs at Hilton hotel are, I wonder what kind of training that these people got from Hilton? I share my bad experiences with Hilton Garden at Merced California so people can stay away from this terrible hotel. "

"Parking was available and convinient. Staff was very nice and helpful/accommodating. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were my fav. They did have omelets and potatoes as well, my kids liked the potatoes. Room was good, the bathroom did not have a fan. There were also no extra garbage bags, since they only came to clean the room every other day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner. The pool and hot tub had bugs and leaves in it, tables were dirty. Of course my kids did not mind any of that they jumped right in and loved every minute of it. There is also a Dutch Bros. Jack in a box, and latin super market near by."

"I would like to offer a constructive suggestion regarding the room design and bed accommodations. While my overall stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent, I noticed that the spacing around the beds may present accessibility and comfort challenges for many guests. The beds were positioned extremely close to both the walls and the air conditioning unit, making it difficult to move comfortably around the room or access the beds easily. In particular, the space between one bed and the AC unit was so limited that even passing through sideways was uncomfortable. Although I personally managed, I immediately thought about guests with larger body types, mobility limitations, injuries, or even families traveling with children, for whom this setup could be significantly more challenging. I share this feedback with genuine respect and consideration, as I believe small layout adjustments could greatly improve guest comfort and accessibility without compromising the room’s overall design. Aside from this observation, everything else during my stay was wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and attention to guest experience."
