He was extremely responsive via WhatsApp and even met us at the ferry. The room was very clean and the decoration was very calming and made you feel like you were on holiday. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable.
