「Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. 」

「Un hotel antiguo y tranquilo atendido por un excelente y agradable personal. Tanto en el propio hotel como en el comedor. El chef nos atendió estupendamente. Una cosa mala es que la goma de la ducha estaba rota y no la habían cambiado, por lo que el agua se salía por todos los lados. 」

「The person who met us upon our arrival was very nice and friendly but unfortunately our experience with the person who supposed to serve the breakfast was completely different. He came late (we were looking for the breakfast items in the refrigerate placed in the dining room) and dressed, well let say it nicely, very inappropriate. His pants were so low that we could see the top of his underwear which, being with two kids, I founded VERY inappropriate. He was more interested in the conversation...

「Ho prenotato questo hotel in tarda serata, per poter passare una notte a Norcia. Arrivato a mezzanotte, e trovando la reception chiusa, ho contattato il proprietario che gentilissimo ha attivato sua mamma per aprirci e farci accomodare. Gentilissima al quadrato, a venirci incontro a quell'ora e con il freddo che c'era!!! La camera è molto confortevole e arredata con gusto, la colazione ottima e la posizione perfetta al centro della cittadina, dove purtroppo i segni del sisma sono ben visibili....
