In a beautiful old building, very well maintained, clean, and with very helpful staff. The only minor detail is that the shower fittings could be improved a little and made more flexible.

Great little hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was ready really early and we were allowed to check in which was a bonus. Nice and quiet room and great breakfast included in the cost. We’d stay here again.

Great outside, but hallways and rooms need major updating. Breakfast room - plates and cutlery were not very clean as they were washed very poorly by hand - unsanitary!

Ho alloggiato all'Hotel Charleston varie volte ed è una ottima struttura. Sebbene questa volta ho constatato, purtroppo, alcuni problemi: nel bagno cieco mancava una ventola, il getto del bidet schizzava allagando il bagno, sopra il lavabo non c'era una mensola per poggiare i prodotti quindi risultava molto scomodo, nella camera non c'era un cestino gettacarte vicino alla scrivania, l'angolo dove era collocato l'armadio era privo di luce, la varietà della colazione era scarsa.

Poteva andare meglio

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia famiglia, abbiamo chiesto una stanza quadrupla, all’interno c’era un letto matrimoniale molto comodo, per i ragazzi avevano allestito due divani letto, il primo nella norma il secondo aveva le doghe rotte, alla prima seduta si sono staccate dalla sede, le ho dovute rimontare e mi sono reso conto che vi erano altre doghe rotte sistemate con dello scotch, uno dei miei figli ha dormito con noi nel letto matrimoniale, non il massimo in vacanza.

Hotel nel centro storico valido per visita città

Hotel sito al margine del centro storico. Buona posizione per visitare il centro con il Duomo a 10 minuti a piedi. Camere adeguate, letti comodi. Buona colazione. In tarda serata, rumore di musica da un bar vicino; meglio chiedere una capra che dia sul retro. Ottimo il parcheggio privato (a pagamento) in una città con pochi parcheggi nel centro.

L'hotel è in posizione centrale. Con una passeggiata si possono visitare i luoghi più belli di Spoleto (Duomo, Teatro Nuovo, etc) e raggiungere i luoghi della movida serale (ristoranti, bar, etc) Staff gentilissimo e collaborativo, colazione varia e abbondante.

Buona soluzione.

Si tratta di una struttura di buona qualità situata nel pieno centro di Spoleto.La camera non era molto grande ma era presente quasi tutto il necessario tranne una scrivania o comunque un punto d'appoggio.Il letto era comodo e il bagno funzionale.La colazione abbastanza varia con servizio di bevande calde dal bar.Sobria cortesia alla reception.Posizione comoda per il teatro,a 100 metri,un po meno dalla stazione (circa 1,5 km buona parte in salita) ma se si hanno bagagli pesanti si puo' ricorrere ad un taxi.Nel complesso il prezzo pagato è ragionevole.

Charming hotel in convenient location

The Charleston was a comfortable and convenient option close to the main attractions of spoleto. The hotel is very charming with rooms of a decent standard for the reasonable price. The breakfast was nice!
