「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many...

「Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations. The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable. The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure. I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane.」

「We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...
