We had a wonderful stay at Northern Quest. The room was very comfortable. Loved the amenities it had to offer. We stayed in a King Suite and it had a separate living area and separate bedroom area. The service was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly professional. The only thing we hoped to get was a late check-out at noon, but the hotel was full for that night so we had to check out at 11. Other than that, no complaints.

Booked my room thru expedia. the day i got there at check in they said they didnt have me booked there took them 15 min to find that they had my last name and first name mixed up. Was embarrassing cause i had other people with me. I had a confirmation number and everything.

The hotel was a perfect accommodation for what we needed. It was family friendly and clean. The downfall was the valet wait. I’m not sure if it was because of the construction, the packed hotel, or if it’s always like that. We chose to park ourself and it was much quicker and easier.

Hotel did not have our reservation when we got there. Staff at Liquid was amazing. Fatburger mgr was new and a bit rude when our 2 burgers took forever. Toilet was filthy in our room. We have stayed here before and it was amazing...this time not so much.

The staff was great, Tommy with guest services was especially commendable! They were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary valet made the travel very simple whenever we needed our car. The room services were amazing, they have a pillow menu! They also served us a delicious breakfast in bed and had all of the amenities available to us! Would highly recommend and with expedia the price was awesome!

It was a joke checking in . They gave us the wrong room then had to go back to lobby 4 times to get it right . Then she tried to make us pay more then once for my room . I asked for tools because my boys left them at the pool and never got them . Pretty bad service .

Went for a concert. Everything was top notch. Especially like the education part of the facility on First Nation people, the Kalispell in particular. Only negative was left a breakfast selection on door but never showed up.......very minor.

The hotel is wonderful, My husband and I come watch the super bowl game with family at the epic sports bar. They have a huge screen tv and tv’s every where. We have done that for many years now. Food and drinks are great.
