Unsafe

This is an extremely unsecure room. They give the outer door number to every guest and there is no frontdesk or security. They claim to offer transfers to and from the airport but when I organized a transfer to the airport they no showed and ghosted me.

They claimed a wrong city tax as attached, we thought it is fraud. We never paid it. And, as to a bottle of wine as VIP Gold status of Hotels.com, they never serve us. As for the above two matters, we contacted with them but they never replied. We consider this property was not hotel, just some apartment, because there were not always someone at the reception. No good service

Great place to stay

Loved our stay! The hotel was close to everything including the airport shuttle bus stop. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant for a typical Croatian dish.

Views terrific, big room, bed uncomfortable

Good sized room, nice bathroom, fabulous views (14th floor), friendly and helpful host (note: not a hotel and not a manned reception - checking in is more like for an AirBnB). Only grumble is the bed was not very comfortable - oh, and the loo seat was very loose.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Although everyone should know this is not a hotel! It‘s basically just a room with no reception and no lobby etc. the luggages are „stored“ just in the floor, basically all the other persons renting a room could take them. (Yes there is a camera, but still). The room was like on the pictures (well at the first look)… at a closer look: the joints in the shower were all decorated with black mold. The shower tray isn't sealed, so the water that drains from it accumulates underneath and comes out from under the tub (which is probably why there's a drain in the middle of the bathroom). There's no toilet paper holder. From the second day onwards, we had a large ant trail, which probably came from a problem with the joints near the door. The staff gave us a spray upon request. The TV is labelled as 50" in the WiFi, haha, but it's equivalent to a 42" TV - the view was great, and so was the location!

This place is less of a hotel and more of a floor with 5 or so rooms and one person managing it who is rarely there. The room was not bad with a decent view. The area nearby is very dirty and covered in graffiti, I know theres nothing the hotel can do about it but its not a nice area. We had a late ferry to Hvar the next day and asked if they can hold our bags for us. They said they could but when the time came there was no one in reception. We called and they said "just leave them in the hallway" with no one watching them or locked up. Just the middle of hallway were anyone could walk away with them. That annoyed us so we left and paid a luggage storage place to watch them.
