This accommodation was really lovely. It was clean and in an ideal location. The only thing I would say is as you are beside a street, it may be a bit tough for light sleepers - but that is the price you pay for a great and central accommodation:) Room was very spacious and clean.

Would highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the middle of the old town with everything on your doorstep and in easy walking distance! Very easy check in with the hotel sending us the code and telling us our room number with the keys inside waiting for us. For anyone staying here, once you find the Christmas shop on the People’s Square, go down the alley on the left of it and you’ll find the door! Only downside is that because you are in the city centre it is a little noisy, so bring earplugs if that bothers you - but me and my mum had the best stay here! Thank you

Es ist super zentral , von außen nicht ansprechend aber von innen neu saniert, die Pension ist ohne richtige Rezeption also war nie jemand da, aber die Frau ist immer per Email oder halt über Expedia erreichbar. Was ich leider nicht schön fand war der Staub auf dem Boden und auf den Möbeln, der Geruch im Bad war sehr unangenehm. Der kleine Mini Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert (lief Wasser raus). An und für sich eigentlich ganz ok, man verbringt ja nicht viel Zeit im Hotel wenn man die Stadt erkundet.

Mooie ruime kamer in een complex dat een beetje verscholen ligt, maar in het midden van de oude stad. We hebben niemand van het verblijf gezien, maar alles was duidelijk uitgelegd. Als enige valt op te merken dat er iets beter kon worden schoongemaakt, een douchegordijn mist, dus natte badkamer, het bed niet erg comfortabel is (voelt aan als een slaapbank) en er is veel geluid op staat van uitgaande mensen ‘s avonds en (schoonmaak)wagens vroeg in de ochtend, dus neem oordoppen mee. Verder een fijn verblijf!!

We had a nice stay, a lovely clean room in the center, everything within walking distance. Beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk away, really stunning. The service was well organized, and whenever we needed extra towels, it was taken care of. Good communication with the owner, very satisfied. Our stay was amazing! Clear and proactive instructions on how to get into the apartment, although it took a little finding with Google maps but that is down to the wonderful maze that is the old town of Dubrovnik 😍 the apartments were fabulous - clean, modern but in a and in a Central location

I liked the location of the property. Perfectly situated in old town. I did not like that the sofa bed was out and made up upon arrival but I wanted the couch and I don’t know if it was broke but I was not able to figure out how to do it. Also, good size jetted tub but when you turned the jets on water came pouring out the bottom onto the floor. So disappointing!!
