the room is pretty spacious and the owner is super super friendly. i actually ended up extending my stay here. absolutely great location as well. the only thing is that the walls are a bit thin so you can hear what’s going on in other rooms. i would come back here again if i were to return !

We booked this hotel last minute, after standing in the cold rain for hours when our ferry canceled. The accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. We were greeted at the desk by a lady that also went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable when we checked in, and also brought us extra blankets to help warm up. The room was very clean and very spacious for 3 of us girls. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants and shopping just steps outside the door. Overall we were very impressed and had a great stay!

Branka was excellent. She gave us useful information, maps, guides to make our visit more enjoyable. Very convenient location just inside the walls of the old palace complex. The entrance to the hotel was deceiving with all of the graffiti but once inside it was great.

They kept messaging on whatsapp about the check in time although we already communicated it. The reception was not open until 22 like the ad said. Generally clean but we found a blood stain on the mattress cover. No hot water. It’s on the first floor on a very busy street with bars, the windows don’t seal right so although we were there on a weekday in september we still got no sleep whatsoever.

Amazing location in the centre of Split, and wonderful staff. Very happy with the amenities and cleanliness. The hotel rooms are above busy shops and near a popular square balance the convenience of the location with the possibility of noise at night time/early morning (especially Friday/Saturday night).

Perfect location!!! The staff was so nice and the room was perfect. I had a teeny issue with the hot water but they said they were going to fix it that day (we only stayed one night). They gave us the best recommendations for bites to eat!

Super customer service. Really fabulous. First location and the cleanliness and service was spot on. I’d stay here again for sure. However. The bed corner was so sharp it scratched my leg to the point I have had a plaster on for 5 days! Please fix this 😂

The hotel itself was amazing! You honestly cannot beat the location. However, with it being right in the city center, there were a lot of drunk and loud tourist throughout the night. Once we used our ear earplugs, we are good to go (this is not the hotel’s fault but just a reality of being so close to everything.) we would still stay here again.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, with a staff that is both friendly and welcoming. While the facilities are basic, everything was clean and functional, making for a comfortable stay overall. There were a couple of drawbacks to mention. Our room was located near the entrance, which made it a bit noisy, especially in the early mornings and late at night when other guests were coming and going. Additionally, there was no cleaning service during our stay (not even emptying trash cans), which would have been a nice touch. Lastly, I would have preferred the hotel to use refillable toiletries instead of disposable ones, for both convenience and environmental reasons. All in all, despite these small issues, it was a pleasant experience, and the location and staff definitely made up for the minor inconveniences.

Lovely hidden gem

The property is hard to find if you don't have detailed instructions however, the front desk attendant was very kind and came out to find me and helped me with my luggage. The outside appearance of this is a little sketchy with graffiti on the door and obviously it's very old being along the west wall of the Diocletian palace. But once you get upstairs and through the doors of the flat, it is a lovely, welcoming space. Clean and inviting and comfortable. Very much enjoyed my short day.
