Amazing stay! Perfect for a short stay. Close to city, extremly clean, a bit noisy from the corridor but not from the street.
Overall a good place to stay in Split for a great price.

My family stayed here over two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building is modern and nicely laid out and the location is excellent for walking into split town in minutes. There was a big storm the morning we were leaving and Cristina was incredibly kind and helpful to everyone stranded in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable and spacious room - great balcony - - would be nice to have a tea kettle in the room and a cup - important to have the street number of the apartment in the hotel website to order a taxi - close to the city center - would definitely stay there again

Check in and staff were very very helpful. We only needed the room for one night so all good, if I was staying longer it would not work. The metal window shutters would not open so the room felt like a cave with no natural light.
The room was fine but very basic and more like student accommodation than luxury accommodation.
Once again, check in was great and very helpful.
Very nice, clean with working AC. Kind staff eager to help with anything. Quiet. Close to the city center. The only downside was the lack of plates and cuttlery so difficult making breakfast Would gladly return.

Correct apartment for one night. No kitchen. The fridge was not working. But clean and well located close to the city center
Location was amazing! Rooms small and the balcony was just dirty with dry leaves. Unfortunately nothing luxury about this. Not a hotel, just a random room in Split.
Apartment was clean and nice. Doris the host was welcoming and lovely. Contact for check-in was easy over Whats App. Everything was in close proximity of the place. Easy to get around by foot.
The property shows it has limited parking on property and to call and reserve a spot.With several attempts to email and call property I finally made contact and reserved 2 parking spots over the phone.
When we arrived, we got sent to a public parking lot several blocks away.
This normally wouldn't be a problem but we had people with mobility issues. This is why we needed parking on property.
To be clear, they do not have any parking on the property. We would have stayed somewhere else to stay if this was clear.
Three hours before we were supposed to check-in, the property said they were moving us to another location of theirs. This new property had no free parking which is something we specifically wanted when we booked originally. When we said that our original property had parking staff did not care. The new property was Jupiter hotel, in Diocletian’s palace. Other than the location it was not a good stay. Wifi was spotty, there was a bug in our sink, and staff were rude. When we voiced our concerns the property did not respond.
Place was good for the price. We booked the room with the balcony but when checked in it was second level and no balcony.
It says luxury, but chandelier was broken and no coffee machine. Bed was two twin mattresses together instead of big one, we had one year old baby and it was not comfortable to lay her in the middle of the crack.
Property outside was dirty with trash. I know it’s busy season for them. But I get disappointed when rooms advertised wrong. Also no reception.
Nice room, but no ekstra service. No receprtion. And very noisy!!!!

Check in lief sehr gut. Leider empfanden wir die Zimmer alles andere als „Luxury“. Alles war ziemlich verlebt. Sauberkeit war ok, aber mehr auch leider nicht.
Det är en fin lägenhet med fin inredning och bekväm säng och bra duschrum . Det är ganska nära till stan , busstation och med bra livsmedel butiker.

Une nuit en famille avec deux ado dans un canapé lit minuscule, l'extérieur n'a pas été nettoyé, mégots de cigarettes par terre et reste de nourriture, cuvette de toilette cassé heureusement qu'on nous a pas compté les frais de ménage.
Le plus que je pourrais dire c'est la literie du lit principal.
Der kontakt mit der Agentur war ok, sehr bemüht und nett! Das wars dann auch schon mit den positiven sachen .. das was ich gebucht habe und das was wir bekommen haben waren 2 verschiedene paar schuhe 😅 .. zb gebucht wurden 2 einzelbetten bekommen haben wir ein doppelbett .. das bett war wirklich nicht das bequemste.. ebenso war das zimmer leider alles andere als sauber und schön .. vorhang abgerissen .. sofa fleckig .. sand im bett wie das auch immer dahin kommt 🙂↕️ … blutfleck auf polster …. Das schönste an der Unterkunft ist der gang und die Orchidee 🥲
