Apartment Perfect for our 4 day stay

Apartment location was perfect. Near the waterfront and main shopping and eating areas. For walkers, also very close to the foot of the Marjan Hill a walk well worth completing. Lovely powerful shower, small but functionable kitchen and very good air conditioning. Perfect for our 4 day stay and in what seemed like a very safe area to stay.

Great place to stay

Great location, rooms was just like the pictures. Lots of cheaper food options nearby (compared to old town). Only downside is that the noise of the street woke is up a few nights.

Property was perfect for 3 days. This location is the absolute best as it sits right on the boardwalk within walking distance to everything in Split like restaurants, clubs, coffee, ferry port etc… Would recommend staying here.

Apartment Margarita was everything we needed and more. A quick walk to Old Town, near many awesome restaurants, Tommy Market around the corner, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was in great condition with a great AC unit for hotter months and as a bonus had all necessities needed for light cooking. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

The unit was in a great location close to the Riva with lots of dining options outside the door and several supermarkets close by. It was an easy walk to the old town and we walked to the bus station with luggage in about 15 minutes. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen is quite small but we cooked a few basic meals and there was everything that we needed. We would certainly be happy to stay there again if we return to Split

Excellent location. Walk to everything. Hot water could be better. I wouldn't say its for 3 people. It said sofa bed and it was just a couch my cousin slept on. Mattress on bed needs updating.

We enjoyed being within walking distance from the center of the city. Great location. The apt is outdated but had all essential accommodations. Well stocked kitchenette and good size refrigerator. Only issue was getting enough hot water for showering and the mattress needs to be replaced. The waher worked very well, however, no dryer and therefore we dried our clothing on the rack provided. No big issue and would go back again.

This property is excellent. It was super easy to get to from the bus station but just walk along the beautiful seafront. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He gave us all of the information we needed and was excellent! You have your own gated entrance to the property and the location is perfect! The restaurant outside is actually well priced and the food excellent! The property itself was very clean. It has everything you need apart from an oven, but that posed no problem. The hot water lasts for one reasonably long shower, but again that's a small thing. There are a few small supermarkets nearby, but we would suggest going to the Spar in Old Town which is about 6mins walk away, or one of the ones towards the beach if you go out west of the city. They're much bigger, better stocked, and cheaper. We highly recommend this apartment. We loved it and actually miss it!

Apartment Margarita’s location was perfect for our stay. Close to everything and reasonably priced. Great communication and the owner even coordinated a ride from the airport for us. Fife restaurant, next door, was excellent too. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing Apartment!!

Can't beat the location with this gem of an apartment. It's on the edge of Old Town, steps away from the waterfront, many restaurants and an indoor parking garage. Was able to pack lighter due to the in-suite laundry. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone that is going to visit Split.

Great place in a great spot!

This was a great apartment in a great location! There was lots of room, and I love that there was a washer so I could do my laundry halfway through my 2-week trip. The location was PERFECT. My only very small issue is that it's a little hard to find and the bed kept feeling like it was going to fall apart (but it didn't!). Very much recommend, though!

Okay value for your money

Okay value for your money. Really close to the center but quite far from the beaches. So keep that in mind if you’re staying for the hotter part of the season. The shower and the floor wasn’t that clean. There were quite a lot of ants by the kitchen bench. There is a restaurant across the street and one of the windows align so the guests can easily see you.

This place was perfect for our needs. Close to the main area so it was very convenient, but off to the opposite side from the cruise ships so the mobs were no problem outside the building or at the restaurant just Nextdoor. Fife was excellent. We recommend it. Room had stuff for cooking so we were able to prepare a meal. There is a small grocery store (Tommy) nearby. The bed felt a little firm to the touch, but it was comfortable for sleeping and I have a bad back, but it wasn’t a problem. The water heater is small so no long showers and next person will have to wait just a little for it to warm back up. I was unable to use the safe. I tried, but I guess I’m just not smart enough. Ha.

We were met by the apartment manager who took the time to explain the general housekeeping This apartment was close to all links of transport, eateries, bars and shops. Situated in the older part of Split , very traditional. All mod cons with a traditional resturant below. Ideal to explore the surrounding area. Bedding and towel change just a message / call away. Aircondition brilliant for the hot stuff nights. If your looking for plush , go to a hotel. Comfortable, utilities for cooking on the days you don't want to eat out. Communication with the manager before we arrived, giving options on transport from airport. Certainly met our needs . Thank you 😊

L'appartamento è molto comodo, vicinissimo al centro e al porto da cui partono le gite giornaliere. Comodi i letti. Utilissimo lo stendibiancheria per far asciugare teli mare e costumi. È presente anche una lavatrice, che noi non abbiamo utilizzato, e un forno a microonde. L'appartamento è attrezzato anche con strumenti per la pulizia. Davvero consigliato! Unica nota negativa il parcherggio, a pagamento e un po' difficile da trovare.

Oma talo hienolla paikalla!

Aivan oikea, oma kivitalo jotakuinkin parhaalla sijainnilla, minkä kuvitella vain saattaa. Majoitus oli muutoinkin hyvä. Pieniin asioihin oli panostettu, ohjeet olivat selkeitä ja kaikki toimi. Jos palaan Splittiin, palaan varmaan tänne.
