Our pool light was not working and they offered to change our villa (which we were very confortable) and since we refused they borrowed the golf cart instead for the full stay. You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid! The only place to connect with the outside world is in the main clubhouse where there is satellite internet, which we didn't mind at all bc we were definitely trying to unplug.
