「Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. 」

「Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. A special thanks to Pauline and Shivam at the reception. Both were very courteous and immediately helped us when we had to move our room. The breakfast is excellent compared to mainland Europe with the variety of freshly cooked food and fresh orange juice. The Club lounge is also good value, especially the wine and afternoon tea between 3-5pm. Overall an amazing place to stay in Malta.」

「Stayed Room only in a Nomad room,.worth the extra to get the space and outside terrace. Came with a fridge but could do with a microwave. Location is great, on the bus route away from the busy area nearer St George but can be noisy at night with usual city centre noise so bring earplugs.」

「Booked this hotel so I could go swimming on my birthday only to find out when we arrived the pool was closed. We had a fire alarm at 4am as some one on the floor below couldn’t go the night without smoking and the hotel was filled with drunk people running around the corridors and the front desk would do nothing about it.」

「Window ledge not been cleaned for months. Inside edge of toilet seat not cleaned !!! Great location. Nice breakfast. Run the shower for 15 minutes or you won’t get any hot water. Quiet location. Mix d feelings. Room big enough. But couldn’t open window, as onto main road at eye level. 」
