「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Lækkert og centralt hotel i sliema. Dog virkede min aircondition ikke. Dette var ikke et problem grundet de endnu tålelige temperaturer. Men om en måned er der nok ulideligt hvis ikke de ordner dette. Dog gjorde jeg heller ikke opmærksom på det, og jeg er sikker på de havde bragt det i orden hvis jeg havde gjort opmærksom på problemet.」

Wir hatten ein Mietauto und haben immer sofort einen Parkplatz direkt an der Straße gefunden, was wirklich praktisch war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die super freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die sehr sympathische Empfangsdame – wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten leider eine Baustelle vor unserem Zimmer/Balkon, auf Nachfrage wurde uns prompt ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Perfekt!!! Frühstück/Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und köstlich. Auch der Eiswürfelspender auf jeder Etage war ein Highlight. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 」
