「I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! 」

「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「離交流道很近， 餐廳早餐可以， 環境安靜 但房間設施 完全不能與其他四星級飯店相比 每日房間打掃 有掃等於沒掃，垃圾沒有整理過， 廁所 並不是很乾淨。 打掃只是 床鋪好，其他一率沒有 清潔。 」

「Hervorzuheben sind in jedem Fall die Inhaber! Da unsere Anreise mehr als turbulent verlief, wurde uns angeboten uns im Notfall zur Veranstaltung zu bringen. Großartig! Letztendlich konnten wir dann aber doch noch zu Fuß den Veranstaltungsort erreichen, die Lage des Hotels ist für unser Vorhaben unschlagbar gewesen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.」
