「Beautiful apartment with roof terrace. Best location , less than 1 minute from the beach and everything you need just around the corner. Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place...

「Ho prenotato online la sera prima della partenza la stanza,disponibile in 2 siti differenti.Telefonai per conferma senza alcuna risposta.La mattina seguente fui contattata e mi venne segnalato che per un errore del gestore la stanza non era più disponibile. Per sopperire al disguido mi sarebbe stata proposta un'alternativa. Peccato che io fossi già in zona e fino a sera non ricevetti alcun aggiornamento in merito.Fortunatamente trovai una soluzione ma ad un costo maggiore .」

「最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！」

「Our booking was last minute as our original booking was double booked so we arrived in Vernazza in the pouring rain with no accommodation! This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The space also had a kitchen and balcony which was lovely to sit out on each morning. We were right in the centre of Vernazza with easy access to all restaurants and walking tracks. 「We loved our three-night stay in Vernazza at Tedea 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom apartment this past September. It was generously spacious, clean with lots of natural light and had beautiful views down to the streets of Vernazza. Having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms was a bonus for the two of us. The host was accommodating, professional and kind. The location of the apartment was perfect, more up towards the train station and near everything we needed to be by. This was one of our favorite places we stayed...
