"Das Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, doch leider wusste das Hotel nichts davon und wollte uns ein " normales" Zimmer geben. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit und eine "Cola" aufs Haus, war doch ein Zimmer frei. Leider fanden wir die Cola beim Check out auf der Rechnung und mussten 20 min der Dame erklären, dass es eigentlich eine Einladung war. "Close to Rome Airport. In spite of the instructions posted on the website, the pick-up point for the Shuttle bus was not obvious at the airport which resulted in us taking a very expensive taxi ride for a relatively short distance with a drive who really didn't want to do it."
