「Traditional resort hotel, the Bella Riviera is very central in Viareggio, on the main beach road. As a solo traveller I usually have to tolerate a windowless room behind stairs, so I was delighted to be given a lovely room at the front with a balcony and a sea view. The daily cleaning kept the room and en-suite spotless, the breakfast was a varied buffet and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noisy air con. 」

「A lovely family run aparthotel in a nice peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to all the amenities of Marina di Pietrasanta and just 5 min drive into the centre of the very attractive old town. There is also free use of bikes which is great, as there is a cycle path stretching along the coast. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely large terrace and beautiful view.
