"Vi fik den smukkeste udsigt som vi havde bestilt. Vi havde dog også bestilt med aircondition men det krævede at vi fandt informationerne i vores booking før hotellet gav os adgang til aircondition. Det føltes som om de prøvede at kræve lidt ekstra penge for dette. Vi boede på første sal ud til en meget trafikeret vej som larmede. Jeg ville hellere have haft ro end den smukke udsigt."

Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. "Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. "
