The cleanliness was exceptional—from the pool area to our room, everything was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. "Check-in was a total disaster. Never received check-in information. No key no codes no one available to call. After being let into the property by other guests we saw a number to call in the garage if there are problems. Not an experience one would expect for the high cost. Yes nice ocean view and pool. Boy only if you can get in. "
