「This is a beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The queen bed was comfortable, yet firm. The breakfasts were delicious with fresh pastries and cappuccinos, yogurt and cheese and more. It is very close to the train station and ferry, so you can get pretty much anywhere. Several restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk and serve delicious north Italian food and local wines. The only drawback is that the room is quite small, as is the shower. Still, we loved our stay. 」

「I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition. This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall. The staff was extremely kind and kept good contact with us. The room was spacious and over all very clean. Only the bathroom cabinet was dusty but other than that everything was spotless and a huge plus for very well funtioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious...

「No air conditioning in a hot summer Italy is not an option for anyone, despite a good location in Verbania.」

「Our room was lovely. Great size bathroom & show. Great view of the lake, listening to the water was very soothing. Chairs on balcony were not very comfortable but we still used them daily and it would be nice to have a small table out there. Otherwise staff was very nice and accommodating. 」

「Apartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed.」
