"Very disappointed in this hotel. To begin, this property does not have an elevator. We were given a room on the second floor, and my father-in-law had to climb a steep, concrete staircase and we had to drag all of our luggage up. This is the only time I've seen a hotel with more than one floor not have an elevator. In the room, the TV remote was not working properly. I called the front desk and they said someone would be up shortly to help resolve the issue. No one came and after an hour, I just gave up. The breakfast was ok. It was just like any other hotel breakfast. Nothing special, but not bad. Just not a lot of hot choices."

"Dirty room - noisy refrigerator"

"When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it."

"My family stayed in the one bedroom, double bed. The living room was in a separate space, with a pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was more comfortable than the double bed mattresses. The staff was friendly. The ice was available downstairs with the staff. Kitchen included microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pot, pan, utensils, dishes, stove top. Dishwasher. No oven. The bathroom was spacious and closet space was spacious. We didn't like that the parking fee was $30 per night, which was not mentioned in the listing. I don't understand why they charged for parking, because we were quite a distance from any other properties to visit- it was in a office industrial park environment. No businesses within walking distance to visit or eat, etc. So, the fact that the hotel charged for parking on a nightly basis was just a money grab. They were taking advantage of their customers. I do not appreciate that. Walmart, fast food, Chinese food, pizza place, etc were within 20 minutes of hotel in Morristown. Medieval Times was in Lyndhurst."

"Hotel did smell good in general. Rooms were clean but did need some general maintenance. Our shower filled up with water as the drain was clogged and the vanity faucet was loose and our door going in and out of room was tough to open but other than that our room for money spent was worth it. Extremely quiet at night and did not hear people talking in hallways. Loved how they had room cleaned and beds made and fresh towels everyday. Most hotels we have stayed in lately do not offer that service so I was very glad to have that especially coming home late after a long day visiting New York City. Overall if in the area again I would stay again. "

"The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast here was one of the best we've had at any hotel. Only negative for the hotel was that we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. "
