The hotel is -very clean and the room were recently "re-done", which makes it very attractive to me -we did not hear any neighbours -it was close to where we need to be everyday -complementary coffee, hot chocolate and fruit was a saving grace every time we were on the "go" - it is conveniently located close to shopping and food places -the small kitchen came in very handy.
