「Beautiful building/ room and staff 」

「Friendly staff with good local knowledge and recommendations. Lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Great place to stay in Veurne, a short walk to the old town and the beautiful Commonwealth Graveyard an even shorter walk. 」

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à discuter avec eux C'était vraiment un très bon moment et nous recommandons vivement. 」

「Süßes etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, wir waren für einen kurzen Urlaub hier. Dafür war die Unterkunft vollkommen okay. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend 」

「Lovely. Such friendly staff, and a good space. Some of the furniture and fixtures are a little old now, but not in a way that would affect the stay. We had a lovely family suite, and the front room had a huge bay window with a table overlooking the market. The one bathroom in the suite was in the back bedroom, which was smaller but was fine for sleeping and had its own TV, but this didn't cause us any problems.」

「L’amabilité du personnel et des propriétaires ne compense pas le manque de propreté des chambres et des parties communes (poussière, calcaire dans la cuvette des wc, poubelle un peu fatiguée dans le couloir des chambres) et la piètre literie. 」

「Très bien Nous avons testé le restaurant, vraiment très bon. Par contre je trouve que pour le petit déjeuner, pas suffisamment de choix, c’est vraiment très léger. On a apprécié la machine presse jus d’orange frais. Merci pour l’accueil. 」

「Nous nous sommes réveillés en pleine nuit car les lattes du lit de mon fils sont tombées. On a pu constater qu'il en manquait 3... cela a été signalé au personnel qui s'est bien excusé.」
