"I booked a room through hotel.com and somehow the check in date ended up being wrong and I was told when I arrived that the date that I had booked was incorrect and I was supposed to get there the night before. I know what date I put in the website. They argued with me about it and was extremely in-compassionate and rude and they said they were booked up now. We were supposed to start our spring break here because we were going on a 7 day cruise the following morning. It was Friday the 13th and I know that I put in the 13 th and the fact that the lady was so nasty to me about it and slammed the paper down and showed me where hotel.Com website showed that I put in the 12th was absolutely ridiculous. Even had that been correct the way she slammed it down was unacceptable as a customer service representative at a family hotel. Another lady came up that worked there was nice and found us another hotel atleast but they didn’t say sorry or act like they cared at all. The nicer lady atleast found us another place and offered us to come let the kids use their pool but by that time I was over dealing with these people at this hotel. This would have been our 2nd time coming here. It wasn’t the best room but it was convenient because they have a shuttle for the cruise ships so that’s the only reason we were staying there. They don’t show any outside pictures of the hotel because they don’t want you to see how old it is and it use to be an old days inn motel. The rooms are not updated."
