「Excellent stay」

「Tv didn’t work」

「Staff was professional and friendly. Our room was clean. Only disappointment was the indoor pool was not heated and the water appeared cloudy. Pools indoors should be heated.」

「Property needs to maintained better. The amenities are either broken or poorly maintained. Bathroom fan and AC are too noisy. Breakfast is okay.」

「Air conditioning staff」

「The young guy working at the desk was awesome but he was basically the o ku person working 24 hours a day poor kid but he was doing his best . The property is very warm down badly in need of more staff and updates . One person cannot be the only one carrying the property. But he sure had a good attitude and that says a lot !」

「STAY AWAY. I booked our reservation almost three months in advance. When I showed up, I was told that they did not have any open rooms. They said they tried to call me in the morning but that was not true. All the hotels in Greensboro were booked so we ended up having to stay in High Point. I think that may be a blessing because the venue was dirty and not well maintained. A guy in the parking lot even tried to start a fight. Not worth your time or money.」
