"Clean room, quiet. I liked the extra eating area on second floor."

"I came in at 3:30 (check-in is at three) and was told that my room would not be available for another hour which is absolutely ridiculous because I had plans that night and I needed to be in my hotel room to get ready plus I’m out of town so I didn’t have anything to go do. After an hour I came back in and had to wait another 30 minutes. I usually stay at La Quinta down the street but they were booked but I’ve never had to deal with anything like that with them. I understand if it was a slight delay but it was an hour and a half +30 minutes after check-in. The room should be ready at 3 PM. They were also telling other guests that they had to wait. The lady at the front desk was very kind but I will not be staying there again."

"They advertise a restaurant on site but do not say it is only for dinner. There was only coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I had twice requested early check in due to a medical condition and they refused to give it to me until I kept complaining. And their normal check in is not until 4. The front desk staff were not very helpful or sympathetic."

"I have never seen so many people cleaning at a hotel/motel. Staff was great; breakfast was excellent. Only negative was the dog area (which was a nice, large area) did not provide poop bags so there was a lot of poop. "

"Have no idea weather was cool. I don’t think the heater even kicked on but I also wasn’t cold either. "
