「Comfortable and easy access 」

「The breakfast was great. The room was clean. My door didn't catch/close completely, so when I left my room and returned all i had to do was push and it opened. We were actually locked out of the side door to get into the building but the front desk remedied that. One morning a couple brought their dog into the breakfast area and management was quick to ask them to take the dog out. They said their key card wouldn't open their door either. 」

「My bathroom had lots of hair in it from a previous guess . When checking out my card was charged although I paid thru hotels.com . It took 3 days for them to correct it. The manager stated as a courtesy my stay would be free . That was nice because I didn’t even ask for that . However it seems he went back on his word as I have yet to receive credit and no one is responding . This is actually the only hotel I visits when in Valdosta . Honestly I may stay again since Valdosta doesn’t have much...

「Room was clean and the staff was great. The free breakfast was well prepared and good tasting. The Towels were clean but were very worn and all had permanent stains, ragged edges and or discoloration. Seems the property needs to refresh their towel inventory. The industrial property to the West of the Hotel was unsightly and looked abandon. The gate to that property was wide open to the hotel parking area. Did not feel like it was very secure. 」
