「This place stinks like smoke, even though they don't allow smoking. The room was in terrible condition. The bottom of the bathroom door was all chipped. The bathtub looked to be about 40 years old. There were a group of guys right above me with a table full of of liquor outside their door. They were laughing, talking very loudly, and smoking. Oh, and don't forget the complimentary poop 💩 on the toilet!! I should have run away screaming when I walked into the office and the guy was behind what...

「The bedding was stained, the towels were very dirty and stained ! The breakfast was left over except the biscuits and eggs . After house keeping came they only left 1 towel and no face cloths and when I went to the front desk and asked for more because it was 4 ppl in the room they only gave me 1 more towel and just 2 face cloths. It could be a lot better for the price they are charging 」

「Great, historical place to stay when in Lynchburg, TN. The people that run it now were very nice and gave us fresh eggs from the chickens that roam the property. We stayed in the carriage house and it was exactly as advertised. Look forward to staying there again in the future. 」

「Was not what we expected. Requested a downstairs room and a king bed. Was told it was more costly, although there was only 1 other car there the entire time. The upstairs room we were given had only a double bed, was told it was a queen. 」
