「The property was fine because I only stayed overnight. The breakfast offered was great. I felt safe. The down size was there was not enough towels and they couldn’t offer extra trash bags」

「Great room and good breakfast comfy bed and pillows」

「Great shuttle to the airports」

「Staffs are friendly. Room is big and clean. 」

「Was able to walk to the Expo. Only 1 ice machine in the building.」

「The young lady who checked us in was nice but could use more professional development training. She was on the phone with someone during the check in process with was confusing as I didn’t know if she was talking to them or me. Because the phone call took precedence over me, she failed to explain things that I needed to know like WiFi information or check out time. I did t want to disrupt her phone conversation, so I proceeded to my room. The room was NOT cleaned well. There was hair and debris...

「Very good 」

「Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.」

「Everything was wonderful! Parking situation (self-parking deck) was easy to navigate but expensive $22/day (no come/go; $35/day if you want come/go access)」
