So bad, had to get the plunger from the front desk to get it to flush, for both days. No microwave or fridge, must be i. The deluxe rooms..haha Next time Ill just fork over an extra $20 for a motel upgrade "

"The hotel itself is very nice, it’s the staff and amenities that could improve. I now refuse to use the room coffee makers so it would be nice to have coffee, tea, hot water available in the lobby like most hotels do. Also the check-in staff could use some customer service training. The woman grunted when she had to open the 24-hr fitness room for me as my access key would not work. "
