"The wifi was out and the swimming pool was closed during my stay. The staff wasn't helpful or knowledgeable. I tried to speak with management, but apparently he works 9 to 5, so I was unable to catch him during my stay. I should have checked out after the first night, but I had already paid for two nights. I had to go to Starbucks to use their wifi, which was a huge inconvenience!!"

"The staff was amazing. The bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt this morning when I woke up. We were under the impression breakfast was included. It was just available and the prices were ridiculous. The outside was beautiful and well maintained s well as the lobby. I Jocelyn was expecting something much more upset class for the price Bane and looks however once you get into the rooms they ate just as ordinary as maintained inn. Which is where we were going to stay decided to do something more upscale with hot tub."

"The staff at this location was amazing. The late night staff was just as attentive and engaged as the day time staff. I arrived incredibly late at night and was greeted with a smile. The breakfast alone was worth coming back. The room was the only negative. The bathroom and room vents were disgusting, and the A/C had a mind of its own. Other than that, I did not use the gym or the small pool."

"Booked two double beds that sleeps 4. In the bathroom we received two hand towels, 3 bath towels, 2 face cloths. The Keurig coffee machine had one cup and one coffee pod. The lighting in the room was dark, the floor lamp had no bulb. We asked about ice - ground floor ice machine was not working/broken and we had to go to second floor Restaurant was just a bar. 75% of the menu items were out of stock. The only thing available for dinner was hamburgers and chicken wings We ate dinner at the Indian restaurant next door and the food was amazing. Back to the hotel - For breakfast the only items available was scrambled eggs, hash browns, 2 pieces of toast & sausage or bacon- that’s in, no printed menu. Really NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. We stayed at several Sheraton locations but this Four Points Memphis Southwind was appalling."

"This was our fourth time staying here and why we repeated our business was great staff and cleanliness. This was our last stay at this establishment. The evening staff was very blunt and not welcoming like normal. The room was somewhat of clean, but the towels were dirty and the replacements were not any better. Three of the four rooms were on different floors. Overall, this place has lost our business and not what it has been in the past few years."
