The staff have showed excellent initiative realising we might prefer a twin room as we checked in and making the necessary changes to allow this. 「Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.」

「On entrance to the hotel it was beautiful, welcoming airy feel with a nice bar/restaurant. However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you. We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, and the housekeeping had window shut & no fan. It was a wall of heat. We didnt sleep for even an hour the whole night. The bathroom was awful,...
