「Customer service was a real issue at this hotel. There was no-one on Reception on my arrival, just a sign to say they were in the dining area. I went to the dining area and asked someone there if I could have help with my bags. There is no lift and there were 3 flights of stairs to my room. No-one came. Eventually, someone working in the empty bar area offered to help put my bags somewhere safe while I found somewhere to park. He was unable to advise me where the best car park was. When...

「We couldn’t check, picked up the key around 7pm then came back around midnight and we could not check in as we had the wrong key」

「There was plenty of parking and the room was adequate. The restaurant is permanently closed and we were not informed of this until we were sent an email 20 minutes before we arrived.」

「Check in and late bar staff were fab really helpful and welcoming! One lady was great really useful and helpful. Spa was good would have been great to have robe to go to the spa in room as the whole towel And lockers when your staying there was more than needed (if you had robe could just go and come back as you please) Few things were needing fixing in the room but did mention then and hopefully they’ll be fixed soon (usbport/ bath plug winder)」

「Loved the location however bathroom very dated. Could not believe given how hot the weather has been it does not have a fridge hence waters provided became warm. Was told people complain about the noise however surely a fridge outway a slight noise.」

「Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee」
