"Absolutely horrible experience — I would not recommend this place at all. First of all, there is no proper parking provided. You’re forced to pay an extra, which wasn’t clearly stated upfront. On top of that, the price didn’t match what was shown on the app — I was charged more upon arrival, which felt very misleading. Check-in was another nightmare. There was a group ahead of us, and we had to wait around 20 minutes just to get checked in. Not acceptable after a long day of travel. No customer service or whatsoever The room itself was poorly located right next to the car park, making it extremely noisy early in the morning and night time. I think it’s from the cleaners. Don’t expect a restful stay. Overall, the whole setup is very inconvenient — you have to share parking and common spaces with people living in the apartment, which makes it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Honestly, it’s completely not worth the money. A very disappointing stay from start to finish."

"Broken light reported on the Saturday morning first thing and still not fixed by the Tuesday when I checked out. Housekeeping wasn’t that great, sink/sides not wiped down in the bathroom. Also the top sheet of the bed was pulled up but underneath the bottom sheet and quilt weren’t. I would estimate about 3 minutes was spent in my room each day and it showed. Not acceptable for the amount of money the room cost for 4 days. "
