「We had a deluxe condo suite booked and paid for at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. Upon arrival, after being given the runaround, we were told we'd been relocated to hotel off sight. Our deluxe condo with kitchen living area and separate bedroom turned into a double queen hotel room. And, we were charged a resort fee. We weren't given a suite even though they were available at the hotel. Extremely dissatisfied.」
