「This place was an amazing find! The brunette receptionist (sorry, didn’t catch your name!) who checked us in was exceptionally enthusiastic, informative and friendly. Created such a welcoming vibe. The property is amazing! So much history and beauty! Can’t wait to return!」

「Much larger than normal room, spotlessly clean and a bathroom that had a vanity unit, and plenty of shelf and towel space. Attractive garden and friendly owner were added bonuses.」

It makes a big difference when staff is pleasant and obliging. Sends a positive message that we are welcome to come again. We certainly would return if we ever travel this way again.」
