Good location. Property was clean. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but what you would expect at a HIE hotel. There was a mechanical noise that would kick on periodically for about 2-4 seconds and then shut off (it sounded like an AC unit kicking off and on. It didn't affect our sleep. There were some indications of age but nothing really bad. I would stay here again should we have a need for a hotel in Southern Pines/Pinehurst area.
