「I was very mad at the Hotel and Expedia. I made reservations to stay one night and much to my surprise the Hotel had been over booked and they did not hold and honor my reservation . I had to drive almost 2 hours away from our destination to find a place to stay. The person at the Hotel was on the phone with a personal call when we arrived and made no attempt to help us in anyway. Never again」

「Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty. Only had one towel and one dirty looking wash cloth. Walls needed painting. The air conditioner wasn't working. TV reception was terrible. Bed was lumpy and hard. Worst experience in a motel we have had!」

「The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. 」

「Room was basic but clean, very friendly and helpful front desk. Rose was a delight and pleasant to talk to. Didn’t use the pool. The outside is a little worn and dated. Parking was ample and the proximity to the Jennings airport (where I was working) was optimal with a back gate access to the motel 」
