"This was an unexpectedly amazing hotel. The architecture is older, as is the surroundings of Puerto Vargas, but the hotel was updated and extremely comfortable. Cozy beds, lovely room with a lake front view, really nice lounge area, welcoming spa where amenities were available such as sauna, and good gym. Best of all was the free breakfast - so many choices for all diets. They would also make specialized omelets upon request at no charge. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
