「Good hosts」

「The host Margarita is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! The location is great, about a 10 minute walk to downtown Pucon! 」

「When I arrived the woman said there was no reservation for me, that they were full and that they do not have an agreement with Expedia. I could find no other place to stay that night. It’s unclear to me if this issue is with Portal Austral or Expedia. Lame! 」

「Really nice and very clean house in front of the lake, we had a comfortable room. Right next to the house is a great restaurant with perfect breakfasts. The host is really friendly and speaks English. The only small thing to mention is that we expected to have a common kitchen like in hostels to prepare food by ourselves, but there is only a personal kitchen, so we couldn't cook. That's not a problem, but probably will help someone to have the right expectations」
