"We used this hotel with kids and it was perfectly set up. We had access to free laundry, gym and a rooftop pool. The car park was secure and there is also affordable onstreet parking around the building as an alternative. I think this is the best hotel I've used for ages. There are lots of cafes and spots for drinks nearby for affordable breakfast alternatives too. We had dinner once and breakfast which were good."

"The room we got was not the one we reserved and paid for. I’m not sure if the room was at the same value as the one we received. It was slightly larger, but their excuse for moving us was lame. They stated the room we reserved was not available until a day later. I chose to not disrupt our plans and stick with what we received. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, but not sure I would ever stay there again because of that issue."
