"This is a lovely hotel in a good location. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The only small issue we had was that there was no place (shelf, cubby, etc.) in the shower at all to place things. Shavers, bars of soap, mirrors all had to be put on the flooe of the shower. The breakfast was quite good and all of the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful."

"Excellent location! We had a wonderful stay recently and really enjoyed our water view room. Modern updated bathroom, and giant bed made it super comfortable, and the epic breakfast buffet fueled us for daily adventures. Parking is actually right next door, very convenient - overall a splendid place to call home for a vacation."

"This is a great choice if you want to explore Bilbao. Location is great, practically annexed to the bus, tram and subway station. You can also walk to most attraction, including the old town (around 2km). Room was big and comfortable. The A/C worked great. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was delicious, they will cook your eggs to order. Everything was fresh, several types of bread, cheese and fruits. One downsize was parking. Use have to use the Intermodal parking and pay regular rate. I paid almost 50 euros for 3 days of parking. Overall a good stay."

"Large spacious room and friendly staff with excellent English. Hotel was a short walk into the historic district and we appreciated the large car park on site (decent sized spaces for those with larger cars). "

"When we checked in we made sure to book a shuttle for our early flight with the nice young man who checked us in (the main reason we chose this hotel). Also we were told we could buy a coffee at that time. When we arrived in the lobby at 4:45am, the young man on the desk said we were not booked on the shuttle and we could not have coffee. We were panicking we would miss our flight. I politely told him we 100% booked a shuttle and said it was very important we got on it. He wasn’t happy and made no attempt to communicate with us about solving the problem. The girl driving the shuttle bus said for us to load on it. Miscommunication between evening and morning staff and morning man made no attempt to be helpful or kind or problem solve with us. He acted like we were the problem and just didn’t book it. "
