"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. "Oh I I come with my 2 year old boy fo weekend stays as I love the hotel staff location etc but I had an adult stay I had people in the next room banging all night loud tv and all sorts of horrible noises all night untill 4-5 am my baby was finding it hard to sleep also, I didn’t go to reception as I had my 2 year old with me and didn’t want to cause any situations, very upset it totally ruined my weekend with my son"

"For a 3 Star hotel the stay was not to bad the staff were good and polite The cooked breakfast was good The only draw back was after the last night stay my partner removed the bedding as she all ways has done when we live our hotel my partner noticed that the mattress cover was badly/heavy stained with body fluids coffee or tea ect ect we reported it to the reception asked for the manager but she was unavailable ,filled in a how did we do card and made a reference to the problem about the mattress cover and a very loose toilet seat and took photos of them both for our reference, until we can talk to the manager, we did ask the receptionist to come to our room and see what we found but she said that she could not leave the reception this is dated 14/6/2026 at around 10 am.we will be contacting the hotel to speak to the manager on the 15/6/2026. We will send any photos we took when asked for."

"Excellent breakfast with really attentive service, the hotel was so close to everything but also really quiet. It is not the most modern place but is clean, comfortable, perfect location and lovely owners/staff so is definitely worth the price. Would definitely stay here again."
