H&S issues. Noise. So much potential.
I wish I could be more positive as it has so much potential. Cons with Ben good and received some recompense but needs yard, stairs and wardrobe in Appt 3 sorting out quickly as safety issues. Parking a lottery. Noise from local bars. Our stay included alarms going off incessantly from other buildings and the seagulls are so noisy( appreciate not much can be done about that). Windows not double glazed and do not close properly. Hot weather needs air con. On plus point close to beach (5-10min walk) and fixtures and fittings in kitchen & bathroom good. Needs regular upkeep.
