"Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none. "Average motel-like or below average hotel and subpar breakfast. The staff are lovely, but the hotel is charging WAY too much for their rooms (up to $300 per night) in the condition that they are in. Scratchy sheets, not a formal blanket/comforter, uncomfortable pillows, scratchy and yellow stained towels, stained walls, lampshades and furniture, black mold stains on bathroom ceiling and wall paper peeling. "
