「My family was checked into a dirty hotel with other people’s private hairs in the bathtub. Then when I called the manager stating that I was not going to stay at the hotel and that I would like a refund on the room, he told me good luck with that and hung up in my face.」

「Facilities look nothing like photo when booking. We were assigned a handicap room which had little to nothing in it. Our washcloths had pubic hairs on them and the regular towels had long hairs. We ended up sharing a towel to dry off. Paint was peeling around the shower head with little water pressure. Sheets were stained. Bed was very uncomfortable . Shady characters walking around the facilities and the area in general looked run down . It’s a one and done for me and never again」

「AC worked fine. Staff helpful, but I had to kill a couple of roaches」
